ABOUT

Julia works best with clients seeking more than symptom relief—those wanting deeper self-understanding, meaningful connection, and lasting change. Many of her clients are navigating identity exploration, grief, life transitions, relationship challenges, or OCD. She often works with individuals who identify as LGBTQIA+, men, youth, and womxn who are ready to explore their inner world with curiosity, honesty, and compassion.

Her approach is integrative and collaborative, drawing from Parts Work, art and play-based interventions, relational therapy, and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). Through this lens, Julia supports clients in untangling long-standing patterns, reducing obsessive-compulsive cycles, strengthening resilience, and reconnecting with their authentic voice.

Therapy with Julia offers a compassionate, strengths-based space where all parts of a person are welcomed. Whether you are feeling overwhelmed, stuck in repetitive thoughts or behaviors, or moving through a major life transition, she works alongside you to help make sense of your experience and create meaningful change. When appropriate, ERP is used to gently and effectively support clients in facing OCD-related challenges.

If you’re ready to feel more connected to yourself and your life, Julia would be honored to walk alongside you in that process.
